The view from my villa was stunning, but the steep stairs were a real challenge.

missingWrote a review on Nov 05air-conditioned roomsbeachfront ambiancemaintenance noise
Air-conditioned rooms with comfortable beds provide a nice retreat after a day of exploration. The location offers a beachfront ambiance that allows for stunning views right from your villa.
The steep steps leading down to the rooms can be challenging. there's no handrail, which could be a concern for older guests. Noise from ongoing maintenance work affects relaxation during the day, and the breakfast options are limited, requiring you to seek out other places for proper meals.

fantastic, fantastic, fantastic
I adored my Villa with Sea View, which provided an incredible backdrop of ocean waves crashing against the shore. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for some refreshing downtime, complemented by a sun terrace filled with comfy loungers. The peaceful atmosphere made it a perfect sanctuary for relaxation after a day of exploring.
strongly recommend 😊❤️

missingWrote a review on Sept 12filthy poolmediocre stay
i can’t even begin to express the depths of my disappointment. the pool was filthy, which definitely makes it hard to relax. also, after all that hassle, i expected at least a complimentary drink! overall, just a mediocre stay with too many stairs to make it enjoyable. i almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t!

Rooms are spacious and mostly clean, with a nice pool area offering stunning beach views right beside the ocean. The staff is helpful and friendly. internet access could be better, and multiple stairs might pose challenges for those with mobility issues.

exploring amed's charm from a perfect beach front spot
staying here was such a treat because I could stroll to nearby Gusto Resto for amazing food just a few steps away and easily walk to Lipah Beach, which is under a kilometer away for sunbathing and snorkeling.
